Chocolate Chip Muffins with Cinnamon Topping

Took me only 15 minutes to prepare the batter and 20 minutes baking time to whip out these delicious Chocolate Chip Muffins with Cinnamon Topping.

Wanted to try this out quite awhile ago but did not have the time. After I got back from Annabelle's Place, darlin' was not in (apparently he also went out with friends but did not inform me...hmmmp).

So I took this opportunity to bake these. Muffins are easy to make as they are called 'quick bread'. All you need are two bowls - one for the wet ingredients and the other for the dry ingredients. Mix them together and you will get the muffin batter. Easy!

Baked with 2 different muffin pans.
The big muffin pan is with the paper liner - to get the moist and tender cake-like batter underneath.
The mini muffin pan is without the paper liner - to get the crispy crust.

This time around, I used the semi-sweet chocolate chips. And the cinnamon toppings sprinkled on top of each muffins make them so flavourful and nice brownish in colour.

My perfect muffins
