Ooopss....3rd post of the day!
Still left 2 too-ripe bananas in my fridge. Don't feel like eating them so they ended up being mashed by my fingers to make banana muffin batter.
This is also my 1st time using this mini muffin pan. Decided not to put any paper liners because I want a crispy crust.
Only used half of the recipe because I don't have enough bananas. Furthermore, parents & Min are in KL so no more monsters to devour my muffins.
