I baked the Ham & Egg Puff for breakfast this morning. Saw something similar to this in the Joy Of Baking website. I modified the recipe (due to lack of ingredients) and this is what came out.

Ooops....the sides all oozed out from the pastry because I don't have a pie pan. I just used the normal round plate.

I want to buy a pie plate or a squarish baking plate soon....anyone want to donate me their Pyrex? :P
