Last week I baked Lemon Tart, and it was a failed attempt.
Ok, first of all, there was a little crack on the surface of the tart. I think this means that the oven temperature was set too high. (I just followed the recipe oven temp though).
Next, the crust was a 'lil burnt.
Then, the lemon tart was a 'lil too sour. Ok, not a 'lil, it was actually very sour. Geez, the recipe calls for 1 cup of lemon juice and that was what I put in. Maybe my lemons are unripe or the recipe sucks! :)
Sigh....my family complained of the bad taste. Actually, I find the taste not too bad. But maybe because I am a sour-y person.
Ok ok, I admit. One word. Failed.
