CNY Family Photoshoot When Vern Turned 6mo

These photos were taken beginning of the year when Vern turned 6 months old. It was near to Chinese New Year, so I dressed them all up in shades of reds. 

Let's start with the star of the photoshoot - Vern.

At 6 months old, he was real chubby at 9.1kg. 
I love these aerial shots of him where he smiled so happily.

 

Is so cute that he can still fit inside these woven baskets. ;)

 I love his features, and yes, he has got the biggest eyes in the family. 

This hat reminds me of Dr. Seuss. haha.

Next is Mummy & Vern.

Gotta give credits to Karen on how she managed to make eye contact with Vern and still make him smile at the camera!

 

 This is a precious moment, as Vern was initially angry at being snatched away from mummy. haha.

But after awhile, all was well when he realized he was in daddy's safe hands!

Next up, is Khye. Khye looked sooooo grown up here. At only 3 years 4 mths old, he looked so big already now that he is a big koko to baby Vern. 

 

 Next up is Shern. Him and his trains. They had a loving affair for a good solid 5 years. He still loves trains until now, but he has other interests now such as space, airplanes and recently Pokemon. lol 

This is also a good time to jot down this moment as his few front adult teeth had not grown yet.
Precious moment indeed. 

 

This is him being his usual cheeky self. He loves Aunty Karen because she always lets him do whatever he feels like it and she just captures the spontaneityof it. And that is the reason I like her photos too as she captures them ever so nicely. ;) 

 

This is another rare photo. One of me and my boys.

Let me end this post with the rarest photo of all, a couple photo of just me and hubby!

Today is also the 9 years Wedding Anniversary for the both of us.
It was 9 years ago today we walked hand-in-hand down the aisle.
Thank you for being so wonderful and giving me this wonderful family that makes me life so fulfilled. ;)

And she has her own studio which is perfect for families with young kids where the hot and humid outdoor is not so suitable yet for photo shoot. haha.
