Baking Is Therapeutic
I am so loving baking since I started learning how to bake while I was pregnant about a year ago. Since then, I've baked muffins, tarts, pies, cakes, pancakes, puffs, etc.
Whenever I'm stressed out, I will search online for a recipe to bake some comfort food (my comfort food usually has something chocolate-y in it :P).
When I'm actually baking it, I'm totally focused, and it kinds of cool and calm my mind.
And when my bakes are out, seeing my family devours everything I bake, I feel so satisfied.
I'm very much a happy girl when I'm baking in the kitchen!
