Now with less just a month away from my EDD, everyone is asking me how I am feeling about giving birth to my little angel.
A part of me feel like wanting the moment to come soon...because my huge...and I mean huge belly is making me very uncomfortable nowadays.
I can't sit comfortably. I can't sleep comfortably. I feel clumsy. I feel heavy. My swollen fingers and feet are hurting.
But then another part of me is feeling very, very nervous and scared when the moment comes. Actually, I am TERRIFIED at the thought of labour. I know it is going to be a very painful journey.
I am in fact hoping for an ala-naturale delivery....with no epidural....though I am not sure if I am strong enough to make through it!
I think I will be screaming for 'epidural' halfway during labour!

... but when you see lil angel, I think all the pain will just vanish. :)
I'm pretty sure you're strong enough to pull it through!
im not too sure. but i sure hope that!
Before you know it, it will be over and the little one would have arrived.... Time passes very fast...
From my experience just follow the flow and think of seeing the baby very soon..focus all your energy on receiving him and will be cuddling him soon and don't be afraid. Just suffer on that day and you will be bless with happiness whole life. FOcus your thought all the way that you will be seeing your lil one soon. That how I do it. Last month is the worse among all 9 month of pregnancy but it is worth it once you see him. TEll you self you can do it. Be positive. That is the important thing. After labour, stiches will be painful, remember to bring pail and salt to the hospital to rendam the stiches on the second day of the labour. YOu will feel less painful. Trust me. Even though doctor don't encourage but it really work wonder and your stiches won't be that painful after a few rendam. Don't shout during pushing. Breath in hard and push like pang sai like that and remember keep all your energy in pushing and breath thru the contraction. Good luck Shu Yin. YOu can do it!! Epidural or not, it's up to you. Important thing is you and baby safe and healthy. Drink more water and coconut this few days and avoid hitty thing. Take in more vegetable and fruit! Take care.....keep me updated once baby arrive k.
