Ushering 2012 with Bangs @ Straits Quay!

We joined the crowd this year for the new year countdown. We chose Straits Quay again because of the spectacular firework display we experienced last year.

This year was no difference. It was great.
We reached there at about 10.30pm and it was already choked full of new year revellers. We had to park at Tesco Tanjung Pinang.
The view from where we were standing was not the best, but it was not too bad. First row view.

Shern was more aware this time, and he was shouting 'red', 'blue', 'purple' and 'so high!' at the fireworks!

To brave through the crowds was worth it. The long walk to the car park was worth it.
Shern is happy.
